TK Export Trading Company provides the following services to small to medium-sized companies. Commencement of work requires the execution of a signed service contract.
Market Research
A comprehensive market research survey of the market in question shall be done at the Client’s request. Such market research requires the payment of a retainer fee. The amount of the retainer depends upon the nature of the Client’s needs, and will be decided after an initial meeting.
Sales and Distribution
TK Export Services will prepare a customized marketing plan for its Clients’ products and services.
TK Export Services and the Client will agree on an annual sales quota that meets the objectives of the Client .
A fixed percentage of product sales shall be paid to the TK Export Trading Company in compensation for these services.
Countertrade Transactions
In countertrade or barter transactions, TK Export Services shall make the proper arrangements based on the Client's requirements.
The method of countertrade is a delicate matter. Accordingly, it may take a longer period of time to execute trades than for traditional transactions.
Credit and Financial Assistance
Credit and financial assistance services are available to Clients enjoying a longstanding relationship with TK Export Trading Company and to Clients who come highly recommended by their financial institutions.
TK Export Trading Company can offer the financial assistance on its own account and/or search for the best institution/lender to fit the Client's needs.
In any such transactions, TK Export Trading Company shall be entitled either to take part ownership of the project being financed or to receive a percentage of the amount provided by the lender.
After-sale Services
Some after-sale services/products to customers will be offered under the name of the TK Export Trading Company.
TK Export Trading Company will assist and consult on these services for the Client when requested.
Consulting services shall be paid at an hourly rate of $500.00 to the TK Export Trading Company.
We also offer consulting services towards business organization, cost efficiency, and direction.
